Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 24, 2026

1. Overview

SoundPlus ("we," "our," or "the Application") is committed to respecting and protecting user privacy. SoundPlus is designed from the ground up as an autonomous, privacy-respecting audio streaming client. We do not require account registration, do not collect personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers, and do not sell user data.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application functions without mandatory authentication. The following limited technical information may be processed:

• Local Device Preferences: Playlists, favorites, and equalizer preferences are stored locally on your device storage (via Shared Preferences or Local Storage) and are never uploaded to our servers.
• Network Streaming Data: Audio playback requests interface directly with public media endpoints to fetch audio streams requested by the user.
• Crash Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable technical logs (such as OS version and device architecture) may be generated locally to resolve native Android exceptions.

3. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics

To keep SoundPlus free, our website and mobile application may utilize reputable third-party advertising partners (such as Start.io). These advertising SDKs may process anonymized, non-personally identifiable device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse geographic region (country/city), and network connection type in order to serve relevant advertisements. Users can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via Android System Settings > Google > Ads.

4. Cookies and Web Storage

Our website may use essential cookies or browser session storage solely to maintain audio session states and prevent repeated popups. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Security

SoundPlus utilizes industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network transmissions. We do not host user personal records or database logins, substantially eliminating external data breach risks.
