2. Nature of the Application

SoundPlus is an independent software application and media player tool. SoundPlus does not host, store, index, or distribute media files on its servers. The application functions exclusively as a browser-compatible interface that processes search queries and directs media requests to public internet endpoints (such as public YouTube streams) at the direct instruction of the end user.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content interfaced through our application or landing page infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing the following details:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
